Hello Everyone, and Merry Christmas to you all

 

I have to confess I am a basic home cook, so regrettably I don't think I can contribute much to the amazing bank of knowledge in these forums, other than good karma for being helpful:)

 

But I really need help with something so I am going to humbly ask for thoughts/suggestions/ideas on my dilemma, which I will post in what I hope is the appropriate forum! Thanks in advance for any help

A little more than a year ago I found Chef Talk and as a Home Cook too,

I gotta' tell 'ya, I have learned so much and feel that I have much more to contribute in this vibrant and diverse community.

Have you seen the Gallery photos yet?  Many of them are posted by Non-Professionals, amazing stuff!  A note on that, the 3 Pro forums are read only for folks like you and me who are not employed in the food industry, but sure is interesting to be able to peek in on.

If you have any questions in regards to the site itself, please PM a Mod or Admin person for help.
