Christmas Pudding Mixture

The mix was made 3 days prior to being steamed. During this time, it was just stored in the kitchen, which was quite cool the whole time. Are the puddings safe to eat?

We need to know what is in your  mix before we can give you any advice.

Every smoker quits smoking sooner or later!

Only the smart ones are doing it while they are still alive.

if you give the beast the usual 3 to 4 hours secondary steam it should be okay, what it tastes like is another question.
