I have been testing out a MAC MTH-80 for a week. Chopped up a good amount of items, including several different types of proteins. I have to say that this is one of the best knives I have ever used. What are your experiences with the MAC line. My next adventure is going to be going into Japanese carbon steel but for now this MAC has done everything I have needed, and stays razor sharp.
