We wish to setup a commercial kitchen near Seattle.
It will be a small facility about 1000 sq ft and with 2 pods. I am reasonaly sure that we will be able to find some place that is 1 storied or 2 storied. I went to a professional company and they have given me an estimate of 135 k for equipment and ventilation. I think this is atrocious there is no other word that I can think of.
Can someone share the dollar figure? I am thinking of 35k to 55k (primarily because this is the amount that I can get as a loan from bank J)
I also looked at operating expenses and it seems that 1k per month is enough for electricity/gas/insurance etc. Hopefully I correct with this figure as well?
ps: I looked at a lot of threads but I did not see anyone mentioning dollar figure :(
