I like baking cookies,my friends grand daughter calls me "cookie monster". I use half sheet pans, trouble is, the bottoms of the cookies sometimes burn. Are there cookie sheets that might work better? Or a better method.
A heavier cookie sheet might help--I like Chicago Metallic's "commercial" cookie sheet, and so does Cook's Illustrated. They are relatively inexpensive.
Could it be that you need to move your oven racks up farther? Maybe one notch up?
