Couple of chefs are currently working on a weird project, we are trying to make a monthly magazine that would be collaboration of all who are interested and have something to say. We want to make a fanzine about food, kitchen, people, cooking, trivia and more food. It will be distributed via internet, for free. Editorial philosophy is anarchy, we should only try to write the truth. If 12 hour shifts don't bother you, and you stil think about food when you come home, give us a part of that on paper.
