    I am line cook from Peekskill, New York. I have heard really good things about the site. My Fiancee received excellent advice in some of the forums that helped her to buy me a knife for Christmas. I look forward to absorbing as much as I can. I also look forward to sharing whatever knowledge I have.

  That was a very nice welcome to the site. If everyone is as kind and attentive to the newbies as you were I am in for a real treat. I must apologize for the lack of participation on the site, as I was just accepted to culinary school. I have been supremely busy with the many tasks presented by my new house of higher education. Now that I have somewhat of a limp grip of the schooling situation, I am prepared to be a productive and helpful cog in this running machine we call Chef Talk!!!
