I have a passion for food.I started out in the Las vegas Hotels in the 60's.

I apprenticed with some fine chefs during that time.For the last 25 yrs I have been an chef/owner

at our family run restaurant in so. cal. Glad I found this site.

My younger sister is outside of LA

and a niece in SanDiego.

CT is a lively and vibrant community of life-minded folk,

Welcome TSPapa glad to have you. I bet the Vegas Hotels in the 60's were pretty amazing it would be interesting to hear some of your stories from back then. Welcome and let us know if you have any questions.
