Waves hi from South Florida

Hi im   

im in South Florida  Boca Raton 

and i will be going back to school in Feb 

either at 
Le Cordon Blue   Miami Campus 


Lincoln Cullinary tech school 


still waiting to make the right decisions but will be doing that very soon 


Lincoln is   30,000 for the associates Degree 

and  Le Cordon blue is  37,000


if money was the main issue and i was bound to go to one of them i would go to lincoln because its cheap 

if money was the only issue and i just wanted cheap and didn't care about a school with a big time name 

i would end up just 

going somewhere like    Atlantic Tech or   McFatter 

where the  certificate program is only 4,000 

but i already have some skills 

and i know some pepole who i have heard storys from that went to the tech schools because they where cheap 

but had trouble getting work  when going for interviews that where also being interview by those who had a education from a named school 


i don't want to just learn a skill i want to build a career for the passion i have 


so this is my intro

I’m sure that you’ve already found that the membership here is from all around the world, with skill levels varying from Professionals to Home Cooks and everything in between.
