My name is Carrie.
A mom, a wife, a teacher, a chef. Not necessarily in that order.
Chef-wife-mom-teacher, in that order by date.
I finished up with a culinary degree in '99. Two days later married.
Worked a while longer in the industry, in restaurants back in Wisconsin.
While pregnant with our first, we moved here.
I did not have the urge to pick up the chef knife in a restaurant at that time.
So I went back to school and got my bachelors in teaching.
Had two more little rugrats and now my youngest is going to be 5 in a couple months.
Decision time- where is my passion?
Not in teaching high school students currently, but back to cooking.
Personal chef is where I am at.
No clients yet, just getting the whole thing going.
