Hi there! I was wondering if you still got on here, and if you were still teaching SP ED Culinary. I had a couple of questions and wanted to know if you could help me out or steer me in the right direction. 

I just started teaching Culinary and so confused on the direction to go with these students 16-18 mid year. 

I also wanted to know about mods and iep's and how you reduce assignments.
