I just got a new bluestar range. I want to be able to broil some cuts of meat/chicken/fish as I feel like it will be an easy way to make some healthy protein dishes when it is cold outside. Its hard for me to find recipes that take into account how hot my broiler gets as the average broiler does not get as hot. Any suggestions here for some recipes involving leaner sources of protein?
