Hi Everyone! I haven't joined a forum for a very long time but I found this site and was happy to see that so many other people have the same level of inspiration and love for cooking that I do. I was raised cooking southern food and married a South Indian vegetarian. So now I find I can cook anything I put my mind to. I look forward to learning from all of you guys and hopefully I can contribute something as well.
