I am 18 years old and currently a high school senior. I know for a fact that I want to go to study culinary and become a chef. I want to go to C.I.A. or Johnson and Wales University. The only thing stopping me is the price tag for these schools. so I was just wondering if it matters which culinary school I go to when going into the culinary field or if the local community college will cut it. I am just worried that if I go to community college I will end up working at a low paying job as a cook for the rest of my life and never being respected in the culinary field.

You're going to have to work from the bottom up, anyway. I'm a senior at the moment and I was accepted to the CIA.
The CIA has AMAZING connections that will certainly help you find internships and jobs, I'm starting to consider going to France or something but I really don't know.
I know LCB is like WAYYY overpriced, so don't know about that.
