Licensing to serve wine.

Thread Starter
I do in home wine tastings currently but when I go to Bridal Shows or expos I would like to be able to let the brides taste the wine and if they like the wine submit an order for it, which would then be drop shipped to their address. It seems I need a catering license to do this since I will be traveling to events. I thought about partnering with a catering business but then I noticed that the stipulations say the catering service must also be catering at the event. I would like to have the freedom to go to events even if the catering company isn't there. Is there a way to do this? I am in FL.

Thanks in advance.

you should check with the Florida State Liquor Control Board or whatever agency does the licensing for Florida.
