Hello I am a culinary student from KY finishing associates later this year then on to bachelors striving to master the culinary arts. I am passionate about food and i am the 4th generation that’s been in the culinary field and i did small time catering starting at 12. I have such a incredibly long way to go before I become a great chef that sometimes its daunting but there’s nothing else I could ever do as a career. I’m a massive bookworm will always choose a book over tv. I joined to read what chefs are talking about perhaps review skills and just talk about food with the people who have the know how.
