I am in the process of moving into a brand new commercial kitchen. I will need to outfit it with all the equipment. I will need to purchase the following equipment. Any recommendations on any of the items is greatly appreciated. I am a mid-sized catering operation, btw.


1. Walk-in fridge

2. Commercial Gas Range w/ at least one convection oven and up to 12 burners (grill/griddle option would be awesome)

3. Stand-up convection oven

4. Broiling ability (I haven't had in the last 3 kitchens I've rented!)
