Hello! I live just outside of St. Louis, MO. I am a wife & mom of 3 boys. I work part time at a winery in the tasting room, but do I bit of everything (pressing the wine, racking, botteling...). I love cooking & debated culinary school, but have decided just to keep it as a passion & hobby. I also love to garden, & hope to one day have my own vegetable garden. I enjoy trying new recipes, making up my own, & good & wine pairing. I'm really excited to have found this site & look forward to learning grommets all of you!

Aloha, Welcome to Chef Talk.

Isn't this place great?

I joined about two years ago, looking for an answer to a question, and here I am, learning so much more than I ever dreamed I would.

Pleas take a moment to look over the FAQ, tutorial and community guidelines.  Should you have questions in regards to the site itself, please post them in the Feedback & Suggestion forum, were an expert will get back to you ASAP.

I would LOVE to see photos of the winery and the daily comings and goings there, that I think would be fascinating, maybe some of the other 45,000 + members would as well.

Once again, welcome and enjoy.

Thanks! Where would be a good place to post those? I am still learning a ton, but having a blast doing it! I have had a love for food & wine for ever, so I decided it was about time I put it to good use! I know all my wines, but have really enjoyed "specializing" in my region, MO, wines. I think we are a hidden gem out here! After CA, we are the 2nd largest wine region in the country!

Thanks again!
