My name is Larry and I just became a member. We are (me and my partner) planning to open a restaurant and this will be my first restaurant business experience as an owner. I have been hearing about this forum; so I decided to become a member.
I am originally from Turkey and I do not know much about the kitchen part of the business, I am more into financial and marketing side of the business. I have, though, serving and catering experience. Many years here in the US and in London, UK I worked as server and caterer while I was studying and setting up my other business (farm equipment parts business).
