The original recipe was a peanut butter cream cheese bar, which sounds delicious, but... I've tried it 3 different ways and all have failed. The brownie layer NEVER bakes, but the cream cheese layer always will. I attributed this to the cream cheese layer blocking heat to the brownie layer. Anyway... since it wouldn't cook and this was the 3rd try, I thought I'd pull out the bar and try to rescue it. I scooped all of it into a ball and mixed it up, and figured I would try something different with the dough. After mixing it up, I'm not sure how to proceed. The mixture consists of:

19.5 oz brownie mix

2 eggs

1/4 cup oil

1/2 cup water

cream cheese layer smashed into, -which included 2 bars of cream cheese, 2 eggs, 1 cup peanut butter, 1 bag of baking reese pieces, and 2/3 cup sugar.

It now looks like a cookie dough. So... should I put it in a pan and try to bake it like brownie bars, or try it like cookies, or wad it into little balls and zap in the microwave?  In the end, I intend to coat whatever they end up being in chocolate.

I'm not sure if the above is most like a cookie, a cheesecake, a brownie, or a cake? So, I'm not sure how to bake it. Lol. Advice please!
