Commercial kitchen For Rent Start up.

I'm thinking of starting a commercial production kitchen where small caterers and other food entrepreneurs without the capital to open their own location can rent the kitchen to get their business going.

Anyone have experience with this? Concerns? Ideas? Suggestions?

And thank you for your support.

What you are looking at starting is called a "culinary incubator kitchen". You can find a map and information about culinary incubators here http://www.culinaryincubator.com/maps.php. This would be the first place to list your kitchen after you open it. It's the top listing in searches for incubator kitchens.

I am thinking about renting some commercial kitchen space (on a very p/t basis) and this is exactly what I have been looking for!
