Greetings from Manchestershire....

Thread Starter

Hya.

Mike here, keen home cook. I have worked in a professional kitchen but it turns out I don't play well with others.

I have a small cookery blog, which I'll add when the site allows me to complete my profile.

Cheers.

ALOHA!  Welcome Mike to Chef Talk, glad you're here!  There seems to be a like minded folk such as you self here, but respect and admiration go a long way.

As a Home cook the three Pro forums are read only to us, but they sure are fun to peak in on.

Please take a moment to review the FAQ, tutorials and community guidelines, we all need structure.

The search bar is our friend, as many, many topics have gone around the world twice over and then some.

The sandbox is open, come on in!

Welcome Mike glad to have you. We get a ton of people who join only to promote their own stuff. If you interact with the community then you will gain the respect of others and they are interested in what you have to offer. We have many long time members who have their own blogs. Make sure you post back to us a link.

Thanks,

Nicko
