Hi.  What a great site to have found!  I have put myself down as "other" as I am a bit more than an at home cook, but not qualified to call myself a chef.  I have worked as a cook on safaris in Africa, owned a catering company in Victoria Falls, and now am "housekeeper" for a couple who entertain when they visit their home near to me in France.  But the bottom line is I love food and anything to do with it, and often have questions about why things go wrong, or just enjoy reading discussions about food and wine.
