I have been messing around with this recipe trying to get it perfect. I love the flavors!
I used Pero in place of the coffee (don't drink it), but that is the only change up
I made. I just can't get the texture to come out like I need. It tears apart when you pull the cupcake liner off and the middle sinks. I have made cupcakes before and have never had problems before. I'm in Utah and I'm not sure if that is the problem, but I really want to land this recipe! Help!
