I love eating food and cooking at home.
I love meat and veggie dishes (combined), over the stove or in the oven.
I bake but I am not very strong with it.
My first dish ever was a red lentil soup. I still love cooking and having it.
My favored dish is Turkish "kiymali biber dolmasi" with Turkish bell peppers if possible. Bell peppers in Europe and USA are too thick walled and too big and even sometimes hot.
I like chopping and sharp knives.
