I'm Katarzyna, I'm 21 and originally from Germany, but now living it up in Philadelphia.
I have been working in the culinary world since about 15.
I was a night baker for Panera Bread for 2 years
Then, by a stroke of luck, I apprenticed with Georges Perrier and Le Bec Fin and The Art of Bread for a year.
After that I was the Pastry Chef of Square 1682 for about a year, and now I am working a a restaurant called Route 6 and I am loving it :)
I know I am young, but that doesn't make me any less serious about my work than someone 10 years older than me. At 21 I already have about 5 years of experience, so I'd say I am doing very well!
