Hello to all,
So here is a little Bio about me. I am first and foremost a husband and father I have been married 18 years and have 4 children ages are 17, 12, 11, and 7. I have had a love for food my whole like. I can remember thanksgiving and christmas being in the kitchen with my grandmother "helping" her. Most of my adult life I spent chasing other peoples idea of who I should be. Then there was a moment that I knew I had to follow my heart, my dreams and so I started on this journey. I enrolled in Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago IL, and drove in everyday for a year getting up at 3:30am to get to a class starting at 6 am. I started working at a place here in Rockford and became the Head Chef and then do to bad owners it closed. So I am now looking for direction as a finish my associates degree with Le Cordon Bleu. I want to work for the best I can so I can be the best I can and teach others. I live by a motto that is Family, Food, Music, and Faith.
