Hi everyone, I am a University student (graduate) at the University of Western Ontario. I came to this forum because I am in the bad habit of surviving off of Tim Hortons and it is costing me a lot of money (also not very nice eating the same stuff over and over). I searched this place out so could hopefully expand my cooking horizons beyond eggs, rice, and salad!

Almost two years ago I was searching the ‘Net for an answer to a question and have learned more than I ever dreamed I could.
Ask a lot of questions, though, the 3-Pro forays are read only for folk not employed in the food industry. Also, the Search bar at the top of the page is a great resource, as many topics have been asked and answered MANY times over.
