Young aspiring chef from Georgia.

Hello everyone! My name is Nick. I am 19 years old and will turn 20 in June. I've worked as a cook at a barbecue restaurant since my 16th birthday. I've attended multiple food shows from our food supply company's (Sysco, pfg, us foods, etc.) I'm absolutely in love with the industry and I cook every meal of the day from scratch and I want to learn as much as I can every single day about cooking. I hope to one day move far enough up the ranks to one day become a head chef at a successful restaurant. So I have big dreams and I'm here to learn. I look forward to meeting you all and sharing what I know, as well as learning what you all have to offer. I'm a member on another culinary forum as well called eGullet, and it's a little out of my league. They're more into fine dining and such. I believe I'll be a better fit here.

Many thanks smile.gif

Aloha, welcome to Chef Talk Nick.

With over 45,000 + members I think that you’ll be busy chatting, sharing and exchanging ideas with people from around the World.

Now, don’t forget about us Home Cooks, we have plenty on the table every night!

The Articles, Reviews and the Galleries are pretty fab; the Search Bar at the top of the page can show you topics that have been discussed previously.

It's all about food here, we all have varying degrees of experience as well as respect for each other at CT.  Enjoy!
