Hello everyone! I am excited to be here and hope to learn from you all as well as share any helpful knowledge I have. I am a trained pastry chef who has worked professionally for a number of years until I had my daughter in 2011. I am now a full-time stay at home mom and have started a business from my home as well as selling my products at my local farmer's market. I am always looking for ways to keep one foot in the industry for when I return to working in the professional kitchen full time one day. Looking forward to meeting other pastry professionals!

Maybe you could stop by the Culinary Students forums and answer questions there too? Lots of aspiring pastry chefs there.
