Unit Pricing Help

Thread Starter

Hi,

Does any one have any insight as to determining unit cost and pricing - not for baking? Software, book reference, website with regards to "how to"?

Basically, Im looking to take my recipe, determine per unit cost so as to determine a scaling up cost.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Buba - thank you for the input.

Pete - I've been trying to research recipe software, unfortunately, MasterCook is unavailable for Mac.  So, I'm also trying to find good Mac friendly software, but thank you for your response.

Cuaimo,

Rumor has it that MasterCook is planning a MAC version in the near future, I suggest you go to the web site posted above and asak them what their plans are.
