BlueStar Ovens

I just bought a 36" Bluestar oven with a grill. This was in Jan 2013. It has been nothing but a nightmare. It hasn't worked since day one and Bluestar refuses to send me a replacement. They have sent out 3 different repair men and each one has damaged the stove more instead of fixing it. I have made numerous phone calls to Bluestar but they continue to refuse to replace it. DO NOT buy Bluestar.

Very sorry to hear that. However, I'm looking for a new stove now. Can you provide more details about the problem you're having? Is the issue with it getting worse due to repair people being incompetent, a lack of experience with that brand of stove, or something else?
