Hi. Would any of you have any simple (fairly quick) ideas for using shredded carrots as a side order or as a garnish?
Cheflayne, what is palm sugar and how is it different from regular beet or cane sugar? Just curious.
It is made from the sap of palm trees. Taste wise it is kind of between granulated white and brown sugar. I think it has a nice clean flavor and I also like the fact that it isn't heavily processed.
