Advice/Review of the Institute of Culinary Education

Hi,

 

I am currently looking at culinary schools and the institute of culinary education is at the top of my list. I was wondering if anyone can tell me what they feel are the strengths and weaknesses of there program as well as compare and contrast it with other programs (like CIA). Any help would be great. 

 

Some additional info about myself: I am studying dietetics and have been cooking since I was a teen (I'm 24). I have only ever been a sever in restaurants. I am very passionate about good, wholesome food and proper nutrition. I want a serious program that will help me thoroughly learn the basics of culinary arts and I hope to apply my knowledge of nutrition to that training. Long term I would say my goals are more nutrition and health oriented.
