I have a confection that calls for confectioner's sugar, peanut butter and butter. What I need to know is do i need to refrigerate it? If not, how long can i keep it unrefrigerated for? If it is refrigerated, how long would it be safe to eat? If I need to go the stabilizer route, what stabilizer would I use?
