I will be posting pictures of the recipes I am learning at culinary school in Argentina.

The pictures are mine and what is represented in them is the result of my nerve and burgeoning palate.

To say the truth I never had much of a sweet tooth until I started baking sweets.

 

This apple streusel was deliriously tasty. I stared at it long during the night tempted to scrape off another slice. This morning I handed it over reluctantly to my neighbors...

 

 

Before I even had them baked I was thinking about how to take this capture...

 

 

Chocolate chip cookies. Took them out of the oven just in time. Tried a piece as soon as they were good to eat. Delicious. But nothing out-of-this-world. At least not yet.

Late night baking. This is what we call a budín marmolado in Spanish.

 

 

Soft and very pleasing texture.
