How is pastry program of ITHQ Canada?

Dear all, l'm interested in the pastry program of Institut de Tourisme et d'hotellerie du Quebec, is it possible for a foreigner without cooking experience to apply it?

What's the open date of the latest session?

Admission application period (start of program: winter 2014):

  • October 1 to November 1, 2013
  • Deadline for international students: before August 31, 2013

Thanks Petals. I got confirmation today that their program is only for candidates with relevant experience. Do you know any pastry school in Quebec for foreigner beginner?
