Hey everybody! Glad to join the community! Going to have questions and hopefully I can answer some too. Been in the industry for a little over 3 yrs. just recently landed my first job in the fine dining world. I'm am very excited to learn new things. I'm already seeing new ingredients and new techniques and hope to get to the next level here soon. Hope joining the community helps me out!
