My name is Bryson Williams and I just dicovered this site and had to join. I'm a first year culinary student learning tons of stuff. I just got my first job in a kitchen at a country club in Santa Barbara CA. Its extremely fun and sometimes stressful but it teaches me a TON!. I'm very interested in different types of knives as I've always liked knives since i was young. Can't wait to learn even more on these forums

Isn’t this place amazing?  I found CT almost two years ago as a Home Cook, and now have built up enough confidence in myself to strike out in my own business.

LOVE Santa Barbara and the foods there. 

Knives, well, I’m not a keen as you maybe.

ALOHA! (again)

As my user name, I chose my hometown, Kaneohe (Kaneohe girl in az -aka Arizona).

Just a small town (but then what town in Hawaii isn’t) on the Windward side of Oahu.
