My name is Bryson Williams and I just dicovered this site and had to join. I'm a first year culinary student learning tons of stuff. I just got my first job in a kitchen at a country club in Santa Barbara CA. Its extremely fun and sometimes stressful but it teaches me a TON!. I'm very interested in different types of knives as I've always liked knives since i was young. Can't wait to learn even more on these forums
