Okay, so I tried this before but I'm hoping that maybe rewording it will help....

 

I would like to be certified in wine.

 

I know there are several different avenues for that. Eventually I would like to be an instructor at a culinary school, but unless I am totally off base here I would prefer the industry standard certificate or the one that is the most complete.... if that makes sense.

 

I am more familiar with the Court of Master Sommeliers than I am with the Society of Wine Educators but I am open to ANY and ALL suggestions.
