Hi everyone,

First of all, I am very glad I found this website and forum! Soooo much good information on food and food biz! I am a newbie here. I am doughlady, nice to meet y'all :-) I have always loved food and cooking. I enjoy working with dough, thus my username. I I dream of opening my own bakery one day. I used to work for a well-known bakery chain as a full-time baker for a while. Now I work in a restaurant environment trying to learn as much as possible about running a retail food establishment. I hope to learn from the forum peers and possibly make a few friends here. Meanwhile, I'm wishing everyone have their professional dreams come true!

Isn’t this place the greatest?  I think so.

Have you taken a look at the Galleries yet?  Fabulous!

It amazes me some of the things folks here at CT have had, from the Pros to the person who claims that they can’t boil water.

Should you have any questions in regards to the site itself, just post them in the Feedback & Suggestion forum.  You might want to utilize the search bar at the top of the page, many topics have been around the world several times.
