I was very unhappy with the GE Monogram Convection wall oven I just purchased and am finally getting GE to buy it back.  I am in need of a 30" convection wall oven that actually cooks (especially bakes) evenly.  I do not want my cookies in the back to burn before those in the middle are even cooked.  Any advice?  I have been looking at the Wolf E-Series or Thermador or maybe Viking.  HELP!!!
