A big howdy from the Windy City!

Howwwww-dy! Told you it was big...I heard about this website from a buddy and decided to see what was up. Originally from Dallas, but I've been in Chicago for almost 3 years finishing my degree and working. I'm a 9 year line vet working my way through the great culinary scene here absorbing as much as I can. My goal is to take all that I've learned and yet to learn back home and build a classy Tex-Mex/BBQ joint anyone would be proud to be apart of. Looking forward to sharing what I know and learning even more back.
