Is it a drop off? Is it a service event? If service, buffet or plate up? Disposables or china? What is food cost?

Too many items for 25 people unless they really want to pay for it.  It would be near $35 per person.  At least.

Kuan is spot on, you'll lose your fanny for 25 with that menu unless you charge a minimum based on that menu, which to me
Would be say, 60 people. If not, for 25 I'd do one choice of main, tatoes are fine, paella seems too much work for small party anyway,
1salad, and if fruit salad make it simple. (Translation...cheap) sure choices are nice, but someone has to pay for those
choices, labor and food. You just must make sacrifices on small parties if the client wants a price per person comparable to
100 ppl or more.
Your actual price is derived from your food costs, pro rated fixed costs, variable costs and desired profit. We can't do it
if we don't have your data.
