What is your favorite way to prepare tuna steaks?

Rice Charred Tuna sprinkled with a ground spice rub of toasted Basmati Rice and Asian Five Spice, then grilled and topped with a grilled Pineapple Relish

Togarishi Tuna, a filet seasoned with Togarishi, a Japanese condiment of Chiles, Seaweed, Sesame, and Orange Zest, then grilled and topped with a Radish, Macadamia, and Christophene Relish and drizzled with a Dulse  Vinaigrette

Rendang Tuna , while being grilled, a filet is topped with a dollop of Red Rendang, a spicy paste of Chiles, Lemongrass, Cilantro, Lime, Coriander, and Cumin; served with a spicy Mint Sauce and fresh Carambola
