Hello people!

I've joined so I could contribute to the article on japanese knifes by linking the table of contents with the text. (http://www.cheftalk.com/a/japanese-knives-101)

As my name says i'm a peixeiro, (fish seller) but also work with math, websites and computer maintenance.

I simply am obsessed with sushi, really obsessed.

Aloha Willow, Welcome to Chef Talk, so glad that you found all of us.

Isn’t this pace amazing?  I found CT almost two years ago as a Home Cook, and now have built up enough confidence in myself to strike out in a new food business.
