5 Star vs. American Range vs.Kitchhen Aid

Hi Guys,

I am getting ready to put in a new kitchen and I could use some advice. I am leaning toward Kitchen Aid for everything (36" fridge, 2 30" ovens and a DW) but the cook top. I like the idea of everything matching and they appear to be good quality and fairly priced... any  thoughts?

More importantly, I am looking at a 36" range top. I am considering American Range, 5 Star and Kitchen Aid, but I haven't seen much out there in the way of reviews. Are you familiar with American Range and what do you think about the Kitchen Aid stuff?

I am also considering the Verona Pro. They are made in Italy and have a very simple and clean look. The only possible downside is that they only make a 5 burner in the 36" model. THoughts?

I'm looking for basically the same thing.  I'm pretty set on open burners, as I'm used to a very old but very good Wolf restaurant range which is totally out of date with no electronic ignition, and no broiler.

American Range and Blue Star seem to be the only makers of open burners now.  Any feedback on American Range ?
