Cheaper but good culinary schools?

I am about to move to miami and I was hoping to get a bachelors in science in baking and pastry arts at JWU in North Miami; however, I can't afford all four years.

1. Do you think it would be possible to attend two years there and transfer to a cheaper school for the management classes?

2.Do you guys know of any schools that would let me transfer for the last two years? (I know Cordon bleu will but thats still expensive)

3.Any other suggestions?

Thanks again for taking the time to answer!
