This is my Aberdeen Angus Sirloin Steak with a Malbec Glaze served with Sautéed Chilli and Parmesan Potatoes and a Rocket Salad.

 

This recipe is a Nick Nairn Recipe that I had the pleasure of being able to do at his cookery school where I got to meet him as well. Below is the photo. (sorry for blurriness)
