I have recently signed on as the Exec at a new restaurant located in a Fly Fishing Resort on the river. Amazing opportunity, amazing owners, no better location on earth except for the evening hatch of flies that grace us around 5pm. Does anyone have any experience dealing with outdoor dining on a river? We, of course, want to keep the pest control as eco-friendly as possible but also want to ensure our guests are not being pestered by various bugs and flies while enjoying their drinks and meal al fresco. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. I should note we are contacting a pest control specialist to assist but if there is experience out there with a similar issue I would love some insider info.
